filenametimestamps: add option to force file date extraction #28

I've a lot of files not created by me, which I don't consider to edit anytime soon. They're not using the ISO8601 format and some of them don't even include any datetime at all. I got them once and they will never change as I like to keep an origin version of them such as Syncthing is doing with its master folder.
