tackles #52

ran 2to3
changed shebang to python3
removed encodes/decodes
replaces / with // to achieve floor division
renamed __unicode__ to __str__ method
used OrderedDict to enforce same property order in all python versions ⇒ changes order of properties ⇒ changes IDs
fix comparisons with None
improve test stabilty for gpx

All tests are passing and I've tested some modules manually but not all of them
