SQL table prefix + Fix EpicSpawners support #104

Looks good as far as I can tell, can't really test the EpicSpawners stuff as I'm not going to jump through multiple hoops just to get a running jar...

But could you provide the version of EpicSpawners that this was made for, either just here or in the code itself so that we know that in the future?
