Placeolder #105

Why we can't use placeolder in other plugin ? like titlemanager ? can you add it ?

The plugin is compatible with PlaceholderAPI and MVdWPlaceholders, if a plugin is compatible with them then you just need to install the API plugin and it should be able to access the placeholders.
