This adds support for clip's PlaceholderAPI plugin. Until now only MVdW's placeholders were useable. The syntax is the same as with the other placeholders.
I also added some changes to the maven project setup in order to make it compile out of the box. (well craftbukkit needs to be still manually installed but Factions and Fanciful will no longer require a manual install)
