DVRL-39 Documentation of global subscriber preference

### What? Novu has a subscriber preference feature where subscribers can manage their preference for workflow and its channels [https://docs.novu.co/subscribers/preferences](https://docs.novu.co/subscribers/preferences) ### Why? (Context) In the 0.20.0 version, we added global subscriber preference, where users can manage preferences globally ### Definition of Done 1. Check the changes introduced in [NV-2745](https://linear.app/novu/issue/NV-2745/global-channel-subscriber-preferences-api-only) ticket and attached PR ✅ 2. test those changes locally or using the prod API key and nodejs method ✅ 3. document how this feature works on the preference page ✅ 4. add SDK method code snippet for available languages ✅
