DVRL-31 mention fix for this error in doc

When user tries to promote the workflow from dev to prod Notification Group Id 650dc8d142707458fe61f0be not found This error occurs when notification group is not assigned to the workflow. Fix:- 1. Go to workflow settings 2. Stay in the general settings 3. On right side, you will find the notification group drop-down 4. verify if any of the group is selected **Definition of Done**:- 1. Write how to fix this issue in this page [https://docs.novu.co/workflows/notification-workflows](https://docs.novu.co/workflows/notification-workflows) 2. Add a gif or video to highlight how to fix 3. Mention that new group can also be created in the drop-down
