DVRL-60 Mention in topics docs about subscriber identify method

### What? Subscribers can be added in topics ### Why? (Context) While adding a subscriber to topic or using topic in general, a new user is not sure that subscriber first need to be added using identify method or API. a new user reading topic documentation is not sure how novu will pick email or phone number in case subscriber is added in topics ### Definition of Done 1. Explain this concept cleary in docs
