@scopsy I think we need to tighten up the language a little-- we talk a lot about "events" in our pricing pages and elsewhere, but not on this page, instead calling it "Trigger Notification". Do you think it makes sense to update the diagram to talk about a trigger kicking off an event?

And on that note, perhaps we add two simple flow-chart example workflows. One for a direct notification, and another for for a digest to demonstrate the data flows, including connections to external delivery providers.

@justnems I will keep the illustration as-is for now as I don't want to complicate this into a full flow chart. We can have something more detailed and advanced on later iterations under a workflow concept page perhaps. This page got already quite long-ish. We will be revisiting this whole section once the dashboard is out 💪
