Updated the classname of header tag in Header.jsx file.

What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
Changes Navbar style and fixed the navbar to the top with scrolling
Why was this change needed?
Change is needed because while scrolling the navbar is not staying in the top.
