It adds a Github action file to check if the build will pass or not for the changes made (for any commit directly made to the main branch or any PR against the main branch as well)
Why was this change needed?
We have already seen some PRs which don't pass the build step causing us to change the code afterwards.
Having this will help us reduce the build failures after deployment and also help us review the PRs a bit better.
