Donut chart title tooltip #1003

It would be nice if a tooltip is available for the title inside the donut chart.

The title (the text inside the hole) is often use to show some total percentage number. It would be nice if it is possible to show more information about this number in a tooltip.Similar way as it is used for displaying more information about the pie slice.

Not a bad idea, feel free to implement a concept and submit a pull request for it :)
