UI: add filters to the UI #104

The first of these was to add filters to the UI. Currently, users download a lot of data which are not pertinent to their research question after which they have to clean up their excel file. After a discussion about the usefulness of filters against the effort of incorporating them, finally the discussion was made to offer the opportunity for introducing the option of a basic download, with species/locality/age data only, next to the full download.
