I went through Melike’s list below. All but Potamochoerus afarensis are managed. @melikebilgin could you ask Jan for confirmation before we proceed with this species?
Mesochoerus is a junior synonym of Kolpochoerus. (However we don't hove any active locality record under the genus Mesochoerus, so I am not sure what we should do).

85243 Kubanochoerus parvus is a synonym of 23527 Kubanochoerus minheensis.
This is fixed
32082 Metridiochoerus shawi and 27950 M. andrewsi are the synonym of 28259 Metridiochoerus jacksoni.
This is fixed
33952 Nyanzachoerus kuseralensis is a junior synonym of 21181 N. kanamensis.

According to him, Potamochoerus afarensis is totally wrong and it should be only Kolpochoerus afarensis. But we have both in the database.

84425 Retroporcus complutensis is a junior synonym of R. sindiensis. (However we don't have any record named R. sindiensis. I don't know if we can make Retroporcus complutensis as a junior synonym of R. sindiensis).

35287 Stylochoerus compactus and 35288 Stylochoerus altidens are junior synonym of Metridiochoerus. ( we can make a synonym 35287 Stylochoerus compactus with 27998 Metridiochoerus compactus, but there is no Metridiochoerus altidens record for making a synonym with 35288 Stylochoerus altidens).

Kari and Melike to confirm what has been done and make a new file with the cases that have not yet been done.

According to Made,
32769 Lopholistriodon bartulensis is a junior synonym of 29076 Lopholistriodon akatidogus
85297 Nyanzachoerus millensis is an error (the species is not exist) and that should be 85298 Kolpochoerus millensis, only.
23570 Propotamochoerus antiquus has no any locality record and this name is a lapsus. Maybe better to delete completely?
