Logging in relation tables

In old nowdb application, if I add a species into a locality, this is what happens:

• Update entry is created for both locality and species
• The rows for now_ls are shown only in locality update entry
• Species update entry only shows the rows that updated com_species (if a new species was created)

Because now_ls also changes information of the species (locality-tab), it would make sense for the update rows to be associated also to the species update entry and shown there. Discuss how this should be in the new app
