State persisting should work with all relevant things for now: filtering, sorting, page.

Removed unnecessary settings and toggles.

Made page selection neater.

Next step is to show to customers and discuss further. Also special filter actions like wildcard % and < > should be implemented.

In fact, find out what the ready-made table filter modes offer and if these can be done fully with that.
