Adds general functionality to add links to detail pages for EditableTable and SimpleTable. Leaving as draft as I think it would make sense to include adding links to some other tables we missed while planning, for example the Projects table in the Projects-tab in a Locality. Adding these links to different instances of EditableTable and SimpleTable is trivial.
