The local database of route/stop information is out of date #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Route 11 does not exist 
2. Route 48 runs via Collins street to  vic harbour not docklands via flinders 
street

I've got some python scripts I used to generate the DB in the first place, 
which was probably about 12+ months ago.

I'll do it again and rebuild the DB.

Luke,

Seems route 11 is a bit of a ghost route. It only runs in one direction. I 
think it might be a special route or something. Can you explain this more?

DB now updated, with my fancy python script. Script needs a little cleaning up 
and probably publishing to SVN
