DB Possible Corruption #37

DB was possibly corrupted or out of date when performing an upgrade from 4.0 
Test..  Is the DB being repopulated with the new Routes etc when upgrading??

I change the DB version for each release, but not the test ones. 

Going between test versions will require an uninstall/reinstall for it to work 
properly.
