shutdown of main program #115

Hi, I'm just using the annotation based functionality of this project. However when I try to CNTRL^C the program, or kill it, it hangs... not sure what else I need to do to get everything to term properly

this is hard to tell without any example of code which reproduces your problem. Please provide a minimum example which reproduce the problem and indicate as well which OS you are running it within.
