Add kick/ban/tempban #180

Add the ability to kick and ban players with the tool.

This is in the 2.0 milestone so it will be a while. This is also not a top priority because it is already possible within the game. The only reason to add it to the tools is for easier management of bans.

Yea true, but i find it annoying to disconnect before i can kick/ban :(

Why would you need to disconnect?

to goto the admin panel ;) (is there a better way? im new to hosting dayz servers)
