Vsync setting? #592

Is there some kind of a Vsync setting (on Windows)? I can see horrible tearing when moving...

Not yet, because the frame rate is tied into the overall speed of the game, so adjusting that would change the way how fast (or slow) the game actually process everything - not just frame drawing. We do have an ongoing work of separating it, but it's nowhere near complete.
