Dialogue through ns.AudioEvent(). #650

Dialogue audio now only plays through TellStory(). This doesn't work well if you want to play audio without pausing the gameplay (for example in multiplayer). It'd be nice to play dialogue through another option. For example the ns.AudioEvent() function.
