Remove README.Win32 file ? #152

I guess I'm missing something, but it looks like the README.Win32 file should be removed as IO::Socket::INET has been supporting non-blocking sockets on Win32 systems since 15 years now ?

Thanks for pointing this out. I've removed the README.Win32 and also the relevant part regarding Win32 in SSL.pod - ed094da
