No git tags #51

This git repo has no tags, which makes code archaeology a bit hard. Could you add tags corresponding to CPAN releases?

I've tried to automatically extract the relationship between release and commit from the Changes file and tag the commits accordingly. Hopefully everything is correctly tagged now.
