windows bugs #83

Just testing out some of the crypto and ssl commands on windows. Some incompatibility between basic syntax and my compiler, and some password-protected private keys included in Certs for some reason. Also some invalid cert files.

Sorry, but this bug report does not contain any information which clearly describe problems and which can be used to fix these problems. Moreover IO::Socket::SSL does not need a compiler at all, it is a pure Perl module which relies on Net::SSLeay for the bindings to OpenSSL. And the certs it ships with are only used within the tests, which among others check that password protected certs work.
