Integrate crossover team API into the site

• [x] Add New webpage that is accessible from nav, with intuitive UI
• [x] Request Crossover API & Obtain Data
• [x] Display the Data on our webpage

PROBLEMS/SOLUTIONS:

• Accessing the API was difficult without the correct background - I confused the built in "request" module for the Flask "requests" module - This was solved by installing the correct module
• Decoding the Request for usage was difficult - I didn't realize that the request was passed directly as a string. - This was solved by installing the json module and using the decode function
• Picking the perfect pizza background for their page was a toughie. All pizza looks too good :(

Future Impacts of this Feature:

• Integration of our site data into their site (sharing users, sharing tweets + liked tweets data)
• Creating a joint Pizza/Twitter site with crossover team

I think it's good we finally were able to integrate the websites. Maybe add how you were able to do so and if there's anything you'd want to improve in the future (site placement, CSS, etc.).

Great job Sarah!! I know the integration feature was one that was bugging you for a long while, glad it's working so well. I like how it's on the nav bar now however, maybe it would be cool to keep something like the previous pop-up feature.
