Use NovaCollections instead of writing new one #178

When I left off on this project I was working on writing my own collections library. Then I took a long break during which I began working on NovaCollections with its creator, Sebastien. Rather than reinventing the wheel and spending a bunch of time on a collections library, I would like to use NovaCollections within csvelte instead. Eventually I will extend it in some ways within this library to create a "TableCollection" library meant for tabular data specifically, but that is for another ticket.

I've decided not to do this after all.
