Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Restarted pc
2. Invalid Password

So, how do i fix it? It says that my password is invalid, kinda strange since
i've written the password on a paper sheet on my desk.

What version? Version of Windows? Do you use a password and Windows locking?
How many authenticators do you have (roughly)? Which type?

Do you use the "Lock to this computer" feature as well as a password, and if
so, is it the same Windows installation (you haven't reinstalled) and same
Windows user as you originally set it up on?

Can you email me the winauth.xml file from
c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\WinAuth as well as the password.

Can you also go into the registry editor and add the following into the email.

Do Start->Run, type "regedit". IN the tree view on the left, find
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WinAuth\LastGood. On the right, double-click each
line and get the text in the value data field. It starts with "----BEGIN PGP
MESSAGE".
