What version of WinAuth?

3.16

What system/version (e.g. Windows 7)?

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

How many authenticators do you have? If one, what type (e.g. Google
Authenticator/Battle.net)?

Google

Do you use a password?

Yes

Do you use the "Encrypt to only be useable on this computer" protection?

No

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Google Authenticator from App Store (iOS) and set up Gmail 2-Step
verification.

2. Once Google Authenticator is running on your iphone/ipad, add a new
authenticator using the same secret key you used in your iphone's google
authenicator

3. Once you have both authenticator configured, when the numbers on the
authenticator in your iphone is about to change (maybe 5 seconds before it
changes) click the refresh icon on WinAuth and when the numbers on the
authenticator in your iphone changes the one in WinAuth does not unless you
click the refresh button again

If you are able to load WinAuth, please click the cog icon and choose
"About...". Click the Diagnostics button and copy the contents of the field
(beginning with "--BEGIN PGP MESSAGE---") into a file and attach to this
issue.

Please provide any additional information:

By default WinAuth will show the current code for 10 seconds then hide it. This
is the same code no matter if the code changes (codes are valid for a 30 second
period). The service you use to login will allow the previous code to be used,
so for practical purposes, it doesn't matter.

However, you can right click and choose Auto Refresh. This will then show the
code exactly in time. You might need to also right click and choose Sync Time.

If the codes are still out of step with your iPhone at this point, can need to
check your iPhone's time is exactly right. Unfortunately the Google
Authenticator app on iPhone doesn't allow you to sync the time, so it relies on
the iPhone's time being correct to the second.
