How many authenticators do you have? If one, what type (e.g. Google

There is no password reset, your password is used to encrypt and decrypt your 
authenticator key.

The simplest thing is to move or rename the winauth.xml file, which is in 
\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Winauth Serial, and then run WinAuth again 
from scratch. Add a new Battle.net authenticator and enter the Serial and 
Restore Code from your previous one.
