Support disabling of previous/next buttons #23

I need to be able to show/hide the previous/next buttons at some point in my tours, so I added the ability to do so. It's now possible to turn them off on the tour level, as well as on a per step level (updated readme)

The other change that I think is quite is useful is to increase the max-height of the tour window as well as set scrolling to auto to not show the scrollbar unless it is necessary.
