Note: the GraphQL schema and REST changes were already merged into master before this PR.

This PR contains the following changes:

Remove obsolete FulfillmentServiceEntity.FulfillmentOrdersOptIn property
Remove obsolete RequestResult.Response property
Remove obsolete ShopifyException http properties
Move ShopifyHttpException into ShopifySharp namespace
Add default exception message for ShopifyExponentialRetryCanceledException
Remove obsolete Order.ProcessingMethod property
Remove obsolete ShopifyService.PrepareRequest method
Remove obsolete ShopifyService.BuildShopUri method
Remove obsolete CloneableRequestMessage.Clone method
