Redesign of the metagenome / sepsis report interface in the Vue app.

add tabs for: read assignments, metagenome assembly, viral detection, genotypes and controls
keep taxonomic read assignment plots [#10, #11]
add header for pipeline and sample meta data
add tags for the report pipeline: dna, rna, controls, ont, illumina
