Add the metagenome assembly subworkflow to np-sepsis - for now just Flye on microbial data -> Racon + Medaka for polishing. Changes made to nanopath package in commit 3e3e635c46aef7347bc9eadf1a3eab3b2912d164 link the assembly to pipeline processing and collection, then to application (see also #15)
