Implement Lock Control #101

The lock is enabled when all 5 holding slots are filled, and triggering the lock will erase all 5 blocks in the holding slots.

Implement lockAllowed boolean in coreState
Implement a graphic in the palette to show if the lock is allowed or not
Implement a callback animation when the lock is triggered
Make sure PieceProvider queue doesn't break or anything
Revise the tutorial if needed
