Health restore - soup drink #113

Hallo Community, i have two problems with the soup drink option. When I drink a soup to restore my life it work perfectly, but when my life is already restored i can drink soups too and I waste them. In global.yml i found no option how i can fix this "bug" so please help me with this problem. An other problem is how i can config the instant-soup-drink option so that I can define how much hearts should be restored at time Ione soup restores 4.5 hearts but I want they only restore 3.5 hearts. Thank you and answer as soon as possible.

I use the latest Version of battlekits and the latest of CB my Perm Plugin is PEX
