When updating the potential code, I realized there are cases where I'll want setupPlanRow and the equivalent batched plans. We can use the pardim option to automatically determine whether we want a row/column version of the code.
[x] Generalize setupPlanColumns to handle both row and column cases (use pardim).
[x] Update batched plan code.
