Add NPB-FT results for PAW #57

Size D/E/F up to 512 nodes for Chapel, UPC, and MPI

Not shown here, but there are also some "orig" graphs that compare performance of our initial efforts vs. now. I figured that might be an interesting backup graph to demonstrate that we put in effort to get performance on par in case people are skeptical of our performance claims.

I have a little cleanup I need to do and some of the UPC runs OOM'd, and I want to see if I can get those running for more complete timings. Here are the current graphs:

Note that they have the current Chapel NPB-FT timings and something closer to our original results. I don't think we want those on the main graphs, but figured they could be interested backup slides for "we had to work to get performance", if people question how Chapel is getting good performance.
