Moving over test files to test/ directory #2

Thanks for this! Two quick notes -- I needed to move over the COMPOPTS file (at least until we switch to Mason) and the intro subdirectory is also a test (so I pulled that one over as well).

It was easiest to just make these changes on a branch and create a new pull request -- if you could take a look, that would be great.
