Added configurable port #40

With this the peoples are allowed to change the port for the device. In my case the default 3000 port was not always working so that I must use another one.

@patrickbussmann - I no longer have the time to maintain the project. Would you be interested in becoming a committer on the project, given the work you are doing on it ?

@axemclion yes I can do that. But I will not develope so much. I will take a look at pull requests and issues and maybe add some new features 👍
