Additional TastyPie URLs #7

The TastyPie API will need to have a number of URLs built in. I'm not sure what they are yet, but it won't be only one or two. Here's a sample list off the top of my head:

pull list of encounters
pull profile pic updates
pull list of encounters who "waved" at the user
push coordinates
push when user "waves" to another encounter
push when user updates profile pic

I'm sure there are more

I'm going to close this one because additional URLs can be added easily as the need arises
