please use "char_with" or "border_width" or "indent_width" instead of "1" "2" "3" "4" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! #79

I am a chinese user of npyscreen, trying to replace the "find_width_of_char" func with a new one, it seemed that I spend too much time on the endless work of finding out what all these 1 2 3 numbers means!!!
