Repositorys and Services in Container #24

To make working with the Project easier, Repositories and Services should be bundled in the container.

After a larger pause then expected, today I finished my Middleware to check if a user is authenticated or not. When fully implemented, i can start removing the dependencies in the abstract controller, so working with containers gets a lot easier.
