Planworld finger gateway still points to tungsten

Steps to reproduce:
1. View any world-viewable amherst plan through the gateway

Expected output: current plan on neon
What is shown is the old plan on tungsten prior to the switch.

The finger gateway no longer works, which is probably a good thing as I think there were some potential security issues.
