Unable to read from `base.js` #1

When attempting to lint an error similar to the following occurs:

Error: Cannot read config file: C:\path\to\project\node_modules\eslint-config-prettier-standard\base.js
Error: Cannot find module 'C:\path\to\project\node_modules\eslint-config-prettier-standard\base.js'
