Document running standalone server as icon in system tray #3

Added support to trunk.

Shaded jar built from trunk is double-clickable on machines which have a 
graphical OS (Windows, Mac, Linux desktop), to run mobility-rpc as standalone 
server. Runs as an icon in the system tray (no need to launch from command 
prompt).

Add documentation.

Done. Version 1.0.0 contains graphical/system tray support, which is now 
released and documented.
