Paper links not working.

The links in the publication toml are not being used, and there is no explicit link in the publication page either.

This could be a good occasion to add features link:

• link to pdf
• link to github (if any)
• link to published version (eventually)

in the last commit to the refurb branch, I found a quick way to add icons at the end of the publications table, but the problem is that each paper tab only opens/closes, not allowing to click on the links themselves... or anything else for that matter. I don't know if there is an easy fix. Maybe restrict the open/close action on the tab to the title section?

A quick fix to this would be to deactivate the possibility of closing a "paper row tab" with a click, so that the click action can be used for the links. Clicking any other row tab will close the publication anyway

Fixed in bc5465b Clicking the tab expands the abstract Clicking the Pdf icon redirects to the pdf Clicking the Github icon redirects to the repo

The technical side, yes I dont see any other bugs. what it needs now is content, pictures of the NPCs, pictures of the featured papers, projects etc Maybe an aesthetics overhaul might be due

Ok ill take it for a spin and if it's all good we start populating. I think aesthetic overhaul can be done later
