Would it be possible to get the readme as the index for api.npmjs.org #2

Just to help those looking for more information on the API get started easier.

So possibly a simple pre-start routine, or cached view handler which transforms the README.md to index.html which is then configured as the default root path.

Saves maintaining another page for the API.

This is a great micro service BTW.
