Updating tags and attributes to reflect closer to github [WIP] #440

I'd like to open this "work-in-progress" PR to add a few subtle inconsistencies between github and npm rendering.

This relating to critical and deeply routed aspects of the renderer, I thought starting the PR early on in the effort is better for relevant discussions and concerns.

The first commit simply adds allowedAttributes:

This would be great! I have several readme files based on the templates at The Documentation Compendium where the badges use <div align="center">. It looks great on GitHub, but not on npm! I'd love to see this on npm.
